Marshall is Managing Partner at Diverse & Engaged, a boutique consulting firm specializing in AI-powered training and workforce solutions. A recovering DEI thought leader across sectors and industries, her impact work
centers on scaling Black communities, leaders, and institutions. She is curator of several initiatives, including the DEI Watchlist, Black History Month on the Continent, and the forthcoming Global Leadership Institute in The
Gambia. A LinkedIn Top Voice on Racial Equity, she’s been named to the Future of Black America Top 50, 25 Most Influential Black Women, and Entrepreneur’s Top 100 Women of Impact and many more. She is a go-to for Black
women elected officials and members of the U.S. House of Representatives, and served on New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy’s transition team. She currently serves on the boards of Women Business Enterprise Council and Women Impacting Public Policy.
